General Specifications for Rimentalia
Projects
Frame:
Reinforced concrete with complete Anti-Earthquake Design.
Brickwork:
All walls will be built with Hollow Bricks the following dimensions - 10X20X30 cm.
External walls will be 20cm thick and all internal walls 10cm thick.
Plastering:
Both Internal and External walls will be rendered with three coats of plaster.
Wall & Ceiling Finishes:
All Internal Surfaces will be finished with three coasts of Emulsion Paint.
External wall will be finished with white or coloured external paint. Ceiling will be finished with acrylic decorative plaster. Bathrooms, W.C and parts of the kitchen walls will be finished in ceramic wall tiles at the height of 2.2 m.
Roof:
The roof will be constructed Copper red roof tiles to European Specifications
Floors:
The floors of the living room Kitchen, W.C - bathrooms, bedroom floors and verandas will be fitted with luxury ceramic tiles.
Sanitary Fittings:
Sanitary wear will be of European standard in colour or white.
Carpentry:
All carpentry work will be either M.D.F painted with plastic colour enamel in white or laminated wood to the choice of the customer.
Front Door:
The front door will be pressed aluminium panel.
External Doors and Windows:
All sliding or Handed doors and windows will be in coloured aluminium. All bedroom will have aluminium shutters.
Electrical installations:
Electrical installations will be according to the architects drawings and according to the conditions and regulations of Cyprus Electricity Authority.
Plumbing:
U.P.V.C pipes for cold water and C.P.V.C for hot water supply. All drainage pipes are P.V.C.
Water Supply:
Solar heater to be installed at roof level with panel and one-ton water tank.
Heating and Air-conditioning:
Provision is made for the installation of slit units, for heating and Air Conditioning.
Kitchen Fittings:
Fitted high and low level cupboards with doors made of oak . The finish of the counter top will be granite
